Company

Both ChinaWatchShop.com and ChinaWatch.Shop are domain names under our management, we started presenting information about Chinese watches rougly in October 2021. Until today 2024-Nov-20, we have listed information for over 3000 pieces of Chinese watches on this website, covering over 15 thousand photos and more than 2 thousand videos, and we have established dealer relationships with many brands such as Sea-Gull, Shanghai, Beijing, FIYTA, Vager Hauers, Zbioland, ZuanShi and more, and we have served more than 200 customers all over the world with zero dispute or complaint.

We aim to provide extensive information about Chinese watches in a simple and easy to read format even for anyone who is not an watch expert, information that is correct, high-definition images, amateur photos of watches as well as professional ones, videos simpliy showcasing the watch from an ordinary person's view, videos showing the measurement of the watches' dimensions. For watches with Chinese characters on it, we explain these Chinese characters based on industry criteria and the history background about the watch.

Selling

Not all watches are being sold here, not all are allowed actually and honestly, although we try to just present the information for anyone who's interested in a particular Chinese watch: photos and videos, prices and descriptions, and where this particular watch could be obtained.

For the ones we sell, you can see the buy button or "add to cart" button on the product page, otherwise there will be no button to buy the watch from us.

By far (2024-Nov-20) we have shipped to customers in countries/regions such as: China Mainland, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Finland, Spain, Greece, Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, South Africa... (I may have missed some : )

Shipping

Once you order from us, we will be responsible for the shipping of your order and after sales services. If you see "Pre-order. Ship out in xxx days" on the product page near the buy button, that means exactly what it says, pre-order and order processing days. If you see "In stock. Ship out in one workday", that means we have that watch on our hand or say in our own warehouse, and we can prepare it for shipping and hand it over to shipping carrier in one workday.

Warranty

Our default warranty is one year, however, if the manufacturer has a longer warranty period, we shall honor that as well.

Pre-owned Section

We have a pre-owned section where we showcasing pre-owned watches from Chinese second hand market, feel free to use the link we provided to that particular pre-owned watch to find the original seller, provided you're familiar with Chinese or you have friend who can help you get in touch with the original seller.

We do provide option for you to purchase pre-owned watches from us, where we will buy the watch on your behalf from the orginal seller and ship it to you. Our default warranty for pre-owned watches is also one year. 

Video and confirmation before shipping pre-owned. Once we got the pre-owned watch from the original seller, we will do a check-up video for the watch and share the video with buyer to confirm shipping of the pre-owned watch.
