The watch dial presents a view of the Haihe River (海河) and Tianjin city, and on top of that, the movable Jiefang Bridge (解放桥).
The bridge model starts to lift up both arms at every hour on the hour, and then slowly puts them down. The whole process takes 15 minutes.
