Discover Chinese Watches at Chinese Domestic Prices

Many Chinese watches are only available through domestic Chinese channels, making them difficult for international collectors to purchase.

Through the Free Sourcing Plan from China Watch Shop .com, we help collectors source selected Chinese watches directly from the Chinese market.

You only pay:

  • The actual Chinese domestic watch price
  • Currency adjustment (3%) for non-CNY payments
  • Payment processing fees (if applicable)
  • International shipping cost
  • Applicable import duties and taxes

We do not add any product markup or sourcing profit.

Price Calculation

The sourcing price is based on the actual Chinese domestic watch price.

For payments made in currencies other than Chinese Yuan (CNY), a 3% currency adjustment will be applied to cover exchange rate fluctuations and currency conversion costs.

No currency adjustment will be applied if payment is received directly in Chinese Yuan (CNY).

Payment processing fees may apply depending on the payment method used.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Request

Send us the Chinese watch model you are interested in.

2. Sourcing Evaluation

We will review whether the watch qualifies for our Free Sourcing Plan.

3. Price Confirmation

If accepted, we will provide:

  • Chinese domestic market price
  • Estimated international shipping cost
  • Any applicable additional charges

You can decide whether to proceed before any purchase is made.

4. Quality Inspection

Before shipment, we will inspect the watch and confirm:

  • Correct model
  • Condition matches the description
  • Basic functions are working properly

5. International Shipping

After approval, the watch will be shipped to you.

Eligibility for Free Sourcing

Free sourcing is available only for selected watches.

Requirements:

✓ The watch must be from a Chinese watch brand
✓ The model must be a watch we are interested in documenting and researching
✓ The watch should provide value for our Chinese watch database

We may decline requests when:

  • The model is already fully documented on China Watch Shop .com
  • We already have complete specifications, photos, and references
  • The request does not match our current research direction

New and Pre-owned Watches

We can help source:

✓ Brand new watches
✓ Pre-owned watches

For pre-owned watches, we will provide condition information based on our inspection before purchase and shipment.

Please note:

We currently do not provide sourcing services for spare parts, individual components, or accessories.

Quality Inspection Scope

Our inspection is performed before shipment and includes:

✓ Confirming the watch model
✓ Checking visible condition
✓ Checking basic functions
✓ Confirming the watch operates normally before shipping

Our inspection is a pre-shipment verification service only.

It is not a manufacturer warranty, repair guarantee, or long-term service plan.

Important Terms

By using our sourcing service, you understand and agree:

  • China Watch Shop .com is not the manufacturer of the watch.
  • We do not provide warranty coverage.
  • We do not provide free repairs after delivery.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available after shipment.
  • The purchase is made according to the buyer’s request and approval.

If the watch requires repair in the future:

  • The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping to China.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges for returning the watch to China are the buyer’s responsibility.

Paid Sourcing Service

If a watch does not qualify for our Free Sourcing Plan, we may still assist through our Paid Sourcing Service.

The service fee is:

10% of the watch price
Minimum service fee: USD $120

The service fee covers:

  • Searching Chinese markets and sellers
  • Communication with Chinese sellers
  • Purchase assistance
  • Pre-shipment quality inspection
  • Shipping arrangement

The watch price itself is based on the actual Chinese domestic market price whenever possible.

Additional charges may apply:

  • Currency adjustment (3%) for non-CNY payments
  • Payment processing fees (if applicable)
  • International shipping cost
  • Applicable import duties and taxes
