Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
We generally accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
If you would like to request a return, please contact us before sending the product back. We will provide return instructions based on the circumstances of the order.
Return Condition
Returned products should be in substantially the same condition as received and should include the original accessories, packaging, documents, warranty materials, and any gifts supplied with the order, where applicable.
Customers may inspect a product reasonably after receiving it. However, where permitted by applicable law, we may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by excessive use, damage, missing items, modification, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within the applicable return period, subject to the condition requirements above.
Return shipping arrangements and costs for change-of-mind returns will be determined according to the circumstances of the return and applicable consumer law.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a repair, replacement, return, or refund. Reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be covered by us.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel it.
In most cases, an unshipped order can be cancelled and refunded. Where permitted by applicable law, costs already incurred or non-refundable payment processing charges may be deducted in exceptional circumstances.
Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Clearance and Special Offers
Certain clearance or specially discounted products may be subject to different voluntary return terms where permitted by applicable law.

Customized and Personalized Products
Products that are made, modified, engraved, personalized, or otherwise customized specifically at the customer's request may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return once customization or production has begun.
This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.
Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of the return request.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution involved.
Where a partial refund is appropriate because of missing items, product damage, excessive use, or other loss in value, we will explain the reason for the adjustment.
Warranty
All watches include a minimum one-year warranty unless otherwise stated. If the manufacturer provides a longer warranty period for a particular watch, we will honor that longer warranty period as well.
The warranty generally covers manufacturing defects arising under normal use. It does not normally cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, damage caused by impact, or damage resulting from use outside the product's stated specifications.
Warranty handling may vary depending on the manufacturer, product, and nature of the issue. Please contact us before arranging any repair or returning a watch for warranty service.
European Union Customers
Where applicable, consumers in the European Union may have statutory rights to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. These statutory rights are separate from, and are not limited by, our voluntary return policy.
Exceptions provided by applicable law, including certain customized or personalized products, may apply.
Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
