Order Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it is considered confirmed. If you request to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will process the cancellation. However, please note that payment processing fees charged by PayPal (or other payment providers) are non-refundable. Therefore, the refunded amount will be the total you paid, minus the transaction fee.

Refund (for unshipped orders)

  • If the product has not been shipped, we will refund the order amount minus the non-refundable payment processing fee.
  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Please refer to our Returns Policy instead.
Example:

If you paid USD 1,000, and the payment processor charged USD 50 in fees, the refund amount will be USD 950.

This policy is necessary because payment processors do not return transaction fees to us when we issue refunds.

Return & Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will reimburse the return shipping cost to you after we receive the returned items, and we won’t charge any additional fees.

To start a return, contact us at support@chinawatch.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The refund process will be initiated within two business days after we receive the returned items. It usually takes two to three business days for the bank to process the refund, so customers generally receive their refund within four to five business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Watches with customizations (such as special engravings or customized dials) are non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Approval

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
