This model basically reproduced the appearance of the first Chinese watch with refined pallet fork (细马) made in Shanghai city on September 26th, 1955.
The watch was originally designed with a date stamp "1955.10.1" and a 6-circle pattern on the dial marking the 6th year since the birth of People's Republic of China on Oct. 1st, 1949. And this reissue in 2024 celebrates the 75th year of the nation.

Mechanical, self-winding. China Made. Caliber: Sea-Gull ST2130. Functions: Hour, minute, second, date. Quick date setting. Instant date change. Stop-seconds (hacking) to set time precisely. Jewels: 28. Frequency: 28800 vph. Power reserve: Around 42 hours.
CASE
316L stainless steel. Diameter: 39 mm. Thickness: 10.95 mm. Lug width: 20 mm. Water resistance: 50 meters. Luminescence: No lume. Dial: White. Sunburst finish. Applied hour markers. Applied 18K gold (around 0.09 grams) traditional Shanghai watch building-shaped logo. Crystal: Sapphire crystal. Double domed. Case back: Screw-down dodecagon shaped. Not transparent. 316L stainles steel case back. Embossed Haitang (海棠) flower window shape on case back. Hands: Dauphine hour and minute hands. Red tip seconds hand. Crown: Push-pull. Stainless steel crown. Crown not signed.
