This watch features a sword-shaped seconds hand, resembling the Sword of Goujian -- a tin bronze sword dates back to over 2000 years ago. The rhombi pattern from the ancient blade is recreated on the seconds hand, the dial and case back.

Design elements:

• Seconds hand resembles the Sword of Goujian.
• Counting rod numerals, except that 10 o'clock is replaced by the bird seal script found on the Sword of Goujian, which means "Yue" or the "Yue state" (越国).
• Rhombi patterns on dial and case back come form the Sword of Goujian.
• Patterns on the left flank of the case come from guard of the sword.
• Design of the 12 circles on the crown come from pommel of the sword.
• On case back, the rhombi patterns and two columns of text in bird seal script come from the sword, which means "Yue King Gou Jian, Self Make Use Sword" or "The sword is made and used by Gou Jian, king of the Yue state" (越王勾践，自作用剑).
